I haven't used my camera in three months and here's the first photo I took.

Mr. S and I were talking about going to see Thao Nguyen and Xiu Xiu at the Echoplex this friday:

Me: you said this was in echo park
Mr. S: it was echo something
Me: ...
Mr. S: if it makes you feel better, it's right next to echo park
Me: Hey, wanna goto Disneyland son? Oh, I meant Disneyland Hotel
Me: which is right next to disneyland
Me: also, you're adopted
Mr. S: i didn't realize you liked echo park so much. You know what, we can go there before and after if you really want. That's how much i like you.
Me: YOU CAN'T TELL ME WHAT TO DO! YOUR NOT MY REAL DAD!@

Check out this piece of butt luggage I just bought. It's Fabric Horses' 59 Fanny and it's going to be my carry all for those longer rides. Seems pretty durable so far, but when I took it out for a test spin, the load seem to shift around quite a bit. Maybe I need a bigger belly. $55 from fabrichorse.com
